Sage and her sister were found wandering alone in the countryside next to a hunting village, where some kind rescuers picked them up and brought them to safety. They will go to our foster Rosy in Spain until they are ready to travel to new homes . It is likely that they were bred for hunting but for whatever reason, were discarded. Both girls are underweight at the moment at only 7kg, both are small-medium in size but do need to gain some weight.
We will know more about them at the beginning of December, but for now they are understandably unsure and nervous.
Sage will be neutered, vaccinated, and tested for all Mediterranean diseases. She is passported and available for adoption now.
