Rubia was rescued by our partner association Mastines En La Calle in October 2024.
We have no idea what has happened in this little girls past but she is a very shy & frightened little pod, she is worried by quite a lot and will need someone who has experience in bringing nervous dogs round, and understands the time & patience required. Due to this, Rubia will need a home that is not in a busy city as she will need to be gradually introduced to things like traffic and other people walking around and she will need a garden as the likelihood is that she will need to spend quite a while at home building trust and confidence before venturing out on walks. At least one confident dog in the home would be helpful for her too.
Rubia is neutered, vaccinated, and tested for all Mediterranean diseases. She is passported and available for adoption now.
