MORE INFORMATION ON POPPY

Poppy is currently living with one of our ‘super fosters’ - Nick AKA ‘The Pod Father’. She’s around a year old and is already large sized but might have a little more growing to do height wise, as well as some filling out!

Poppy is an absolute cracker! She is high energy, playful and cheeky but super switched on, clever, affectionate, silly, and just an absolute bundle of fun. She won’t be for everyone, but will make an absolutely wonderful companion for the right adopter. She will likely test your patience, but you’ll be rewarded endless times over. If you think you can handle this bundle of love, then please get in touch! She is currently living in a house with multiple other podencos. We think she’d benefit from another play pal, although in an active home, where she has a job to do (canicross, bikejor, hiking, agility, scentwork etc) then she could thrive as an only dog. She gets on brilliantly with dogs of all sizes, is used to walking on a harness although can be strong so will need some training. She’s used to living in a house and travels well in the car.

Poppy is vaccinated and has also been tested and cleared for all Mediterranean diseases. She will also need to be neutered at the appropriate age. She is passported and available for adoption now.
