Celta was rescued by our partner association - Los amigos de Bingo after she was handed in by a retiring hunter.. She is a beautiful example of an Ibizan Hound (Podenco Ibicenco).
She is currently living with dogs of various sizes and gets on well with them all. She is affectionate and friendly but can be a little shy at first. She soon warms up and enjoys a fuss and generally has quite a calm nature. She loves her walks and sits beforehand so you can put her harness on. We think Celta is quite adaptable and could live in a variety of homes.
Celta is neutered, vaccinated, and has been tested for Mediterranean diseases. She is currently receiving treatment for Ehrlichiosis but will be restested and cleared before she can travel which will likely be in January 2025. She is passported and available for adoption now.
