Rayo was found in a really sad state before being surrendered by his hunter. He is now living with one of our ‘super fosters’ - Nick AKA ‘The Pod Father’.

Rayo is a gorgeous large sized Podenco Canario. He is super friendly and loving and loves a cuddle! He’s got lots of energy and loves to play. He’s used to living in a home with lots of other dogs, both male and female, big and small. He does have a strong prey drive and is very strong on the lead so will need continued lead training. He’s a confident boy so whilst he could live with other dogs, we think he’d also do just fine on his own as long as his physical and mental needs were being met. He is a versatile podenco that we think could live in a variety of environments.

Rayo is neutered, vaccinated and is tested and clear for all Mediterranean diseases. He is passported and available for adoption now.
